Audición Infantil para ON YOUR FEET!

Teatro Aurora quiere elegir dos niños para el reparto de On Your Feet!, un musical sobre la vida de Gloria y Emilio Estefan.
ENSAYOS COMIENZAN: 2 de febrero de 2020
EL ESPECTÁCULO ABRE: 5 de marzo de 2020
EL ESPECTÁCULO CIERRA: 19 de abril de 2020
Si posee una foto de perfil y resumé, puede enviarlo al correo electrónico casting@auroratheatre.com. Si no tiene foto de perfil, puede enviar cualquier foto de su niño/a junto a cualquier detalle que desee compartir acerca de sus talentos en actuación, canto, y baile.
Les pediremos a las niñas audicionando para la Pequeña Gloria, que canten la canción “Cuando Salí De Cuba” y se aprendan una escena del espectáculo. Para los niños audicionando para el Pequeño Emilio, tendremos dos escenas para aprender.
Consejo: Siempre es mejor si su niño/a se memoriza sus líneas antes de llegar a la audición. Esto hará que su niño se muestre más seguro y con menos nervios.
Las funciones del espectáculo en Aurora son:
Martes a Sábado a las 8pm
Sábado y Domingo a las 2:30pm
Escogeremos a 4 niños para el reparto (2 niñas y 2 niños) para que compartan el personaje. Pero con suerte, nos gustaría poder escoger 6 Pequeñas Gloria y 6 Pequeños Emilio. Cada niño/a tendrá garantizado por lo menos un espectáculo a la semana y tal vez más.

Aurora Theatre would like to cast 2 children’s roles for ON YOUR FEET!, a musical about the lives of Gloria and Emilio Estefan.
REHEARSALS START: February 2, 2020
THE SHOW OPENS: March 5, 2020
THE SHOW CLOSES: April 19, 2020
If you have a headshot and resume, email those to casting@auroratheatre.com. If you don’t have a headshot, you can email us a picture of your child and anything you would like to know about him/her regarding acting, singing and dancing.
We will ask those auditioning for Little Gloria to sing the song “Cuando Salí De Cuba” (When I Left Cuba) and learn 1 scene from the show. We will have 2 scenes for little Emilio to learn.
TIP: It is always better if your child memorizes their lines before coming to audition. It will make your child more confident, and less nervous.
Shows at Aurora are:
Tuesday – Saturday at 8pm
Saturday – Sunday at 2:30pm
We will cast 4 children (2 girls and 2 boys) to share the roles.
But if we are lucky, we would like to cast as many as 6 Little Glorias and 6 Little Emilios. Each child will be guaranteed to perform at least one week and perhaps more.

Una niña actriz entre 10–14 años de edad . El personaje es una cubana inocente, inteligente e independiente. Ella se encuentra algo triste pero siempre llena de esperanza. La actriz debe hablar español fluidamente y debe cantar bien. Solo estamos buscando niñas de descendencia Latina.
PEQUEÑO EMILIO / NAYIB
Un niño actor entre 8-12 años de edad. Debe hablar español fluidamente, y moverse bien. No es necesario que cante. Solo estamos buscando un niño de descendencia Latina.
Looking for:
LITTLE GLORIA 10–14
A young female actor, aged 10–14. The character is Cuban and innocent, but smart and self-reliant. She’s slightly sad but always full of hope. Talent must speak fluent Spanish and sing well. We are only seeking Latinx children.
LITTLE EMILIO / NAYIB
A young male talent, aged 8–12. He must speak fluent Spanish, be a good mover, but does not need to sing. We are only seeking Latinx children.
