Courtlyn (she/her)  is a Graduate Assistant at UGA working towards her MFA in Costume Design for Theatre and Film. She received her BFA in Theatre Design and Technology from Western Kentucky University. After graduating, she and her husband moved to Colorado where she worked for the Colorado Ballet as a Wardrobe Assistant, and also worked as the Resident Costume Designer for Performing Arts Academy in Highlands Ranch, CO. While working for PAA, she designed costumes dozens of productions. Most recently she was the Assistant Costume Designer for UGA’s production of “A Little Night Music,” and she is currently designing costumes for the first production of UGA’s 2023-2024 season.
