Timothy Tolar is a recent transplant to the Atlanta area from Mobile Alabama and The Gulf Coast. Timothy grew up in southern Mississippi where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Choral Music Education from William Carey University and a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance from The University of Southern Mississippi. Timothy recently sang in Atlanta Opera’s production of Silent Night as well as the production of Don Pasquale and Turandot. Apart from his roles at Atlanta Opera, Timothy sang scenes from the operas La Boheme and Roméo and Juliette with Small Opera Company. Timothy also will be singing with Capital City Opera’s Dinner and a Diva program. Timothy has a 4 month old husky named Jamie and loves to be out hiking.
