What is “Free PLAY Day?”

Jaclyn Hofmann, Director of Education

Jaclyn Hofmann,
Director of Education

Renita James, Education Coordinator

As Director of Education, I am always asking myself, “How can we give more back to our community?”
A few years ago, after a discussion with Anthony Rodriguez and Ann-Carol Pence about creating better
community engagement with the county that has done so much for us, we came up with FREE Play Day.
This is a one-day workshop for students whose families simply cannot afford it. Yes, you heard right!
A one-day FREE Acting workshop. During the day students who normally do not have the funds to take classes, will be introduced to Improvisation and Acting Technique through various theatre games and exercises.

        Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 11:30am-4pm
(We will be providing a pizza lunch)
