What time is camp?
We will assign rolling check-in and check-out times for overlapping camps. We will alert you of these times in the coming weeks!

What ages are camps for?
We offer camps for rising 1st–12th graders

Do you provide scholarships?
We are only providing need-based scholarships this year! We will provide scholarships until our funding is depleted.  (Application coming soon).

How many students?
This summer we will have reduced class sizes.  We will have 8 students per camp, with 1 lead teacher and a teaching assistant. For the Moana Musical Theatre camp we will have no more than 30 students.

Will facemasks be required?
Yes! Everyone who enters the building will be asked to wear a mask.  Students, teaching artists and camp staff will also be masked throughout the day.

What else will students need to bring?
Students will need to bring a water bottle, a notebook, pencil, lunch (that doesn’t need microwaving or refrigeration and is peanut free), and a snack (also peanut free). Once students have been provided scripts, they will need to bring those as well.

Will there be performances?
The majority of camps will not have a public sharing. We will film the students and share a recording with families that they will be welcome to share with family and friends. The one exception to this will be the Moana camp which will perform outdoors on July 23 and 24.

What is your refund/cancelation policy?
All camp sales are final. So please double and triple check the dates prior to purchase. If you put down a deposit and find that you are no longer able to attend camp we will happily move your student to a camp that you are able to attend—should space permit. If there is no space available, we will credit your account and you may use the funds for a future event. Aurora Theatre reserves the right to cancel any camp that does not meet minimum enrollment (4 campers) or for other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to notify families at least one week prior to the start of a camp session if a particular camp is canceled. Any payments made toward a week of camp that Aurora Theatre cancels will be eligible for a refund or can applied to your account to be used for another camp or event.

I put down a deposit, now what?
A deposit will hold your student’s placement in one of our camps (and we do suggest that you put down a deposit as camps fill up quickly). We do ask that camps be paid in full a week prior to the start date of camp. In order to complete payment you will need to call the Box Office at 678-226-6222.

Can I observe my student’s classes?
We keep our classes and camps closed for our students’ success. Many of our students deal with stage fright and having extra eyes in the room causes distress. Students also feel the need to “perform” for their families and loved ones which can disrupt class as well. Teaching artists and camp staff are more than happy to answer any questions or hear any concerns that you may have, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

Register Now!

After registering, you’ll receive an email from the Box Office requesting name, grade, etc. about your student. Please respond promptly so that we can ensure a great experience for your student!

*There is a one-time New Student Registration Fee of $25, if applicable. A discount is available for families with multiple students.
